Our UK & Ireland 2020 targets cover our own energy, travel, waste and water and we have already met six of our nine ambitious targets ahead of time. We set ourselves high standards on responsible sourcing and human rights, working with suppliers and collaborating across our industry to identify and solve issues and identify opportunities for leadership.
We want all our customers, including those with disabilities, to be able to enjoy Sky. Over 80% of our Sky linear and On Demand entertainment is now available with subtitles, and roll out of Sky Q in Germany and Italy has improved accessibility settings there.
We continue to work to improve online safety, with a focus on families, and to maintain our high data governance and on screen standards. Internally, we’re working hard to build a diverse and inclusive organisation to work for through dedicated investment to increase Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority (BAME) representation across the media and growing the range of internal networks that help our staff connect, get involved and thrive at Sky.
