Dana Filip-Crandall is Chief Operating Officer at Sky. She joined Sky from Comcast where, as Vice President Customer Experience and Call Centre Operations, she was responsible for the encompassing transformation of the customer experience for the $13 billion Comcast West division. Prior to that, she was Managing Director and Chief Information Officer at British Telecom (BT) Operate. In this role, she oversaw software development and management of the network and information technology infrastructure that supported UK and global services for customers.
