Marina has been NOW TV’s Managing Director since April 2019. She is responsible for all aspects of the business.
Prior to this role, Marina led NOW TV’s Strategy and Props team since December 2016. During this time Marina was responsible for NOW TV’s business strategy and the customer proposition which included the content, pricing, and positioning of NOW TV passes as well as its own line of streaming devices. She oversaw the introduction of the NOW TV hayu pass and launched NOW Broadband. Other responsibilities included establishing and developing long-term successful partnerships with the likes of Roku, BT and Netflix.
Prior to her roles at NOW TV, Marina was Deputy Director of Strategy at Sky. She originally joined Sky in 2002 and across various roles helped shape and land several key strategic initiatives, from new product and channel launches, major pricing & packaging changes, strategic partnerships and M&As, and major rights deals, including four Premier League rights auctions. Prior to Sky, Marina started her career as a media analyst at Informa.
