Natalie is responsible for delivering on our customer promise by leading our customer experience strategy and delivery through our sales and service teams, across Sky UK. Natalie brings a wealth and variety of experience with over 20 years performing a variety of HR and transformation roles, most recently as part of Australia’s leading telecommunications company for 7 years.
