Working with us
At Sky, we know that the right suppliers give us an edge - helping us stay sharp, deliver better, and reduce risk. That’s why our procurement team works closely with partners and teams across the business. Together, we drive innovation, uphold high standards, and build a supply chain that’s ethical and sustainable. We expect suppliers to bring fit-for-purpose products and services at the best overall value, meet agreed specs, follow the rules, and align with Comcast, our parent company’s, Code of Conduct - plus Sky’s own ethical and environmental policies. We believe great relationships grow over time, helping us raise the bar and do even more for our customers.
To work with us, suppliers need to follow Comcast’s Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Business Partners. We’re after suppliers who are financially stable, committed to quality, and ready to meet today’s needs - and tomorrow’s. It’s all about working together with trust, performance, and shared responsibility.
Inclusive procurement
We believe everyone deserves a fair shot. That’s why inclusive procurement at Sky is about giving all qualified suppliers equal access to opportunities. We actively engage businesses from underrepresented groups - because diverse thinking drives better ideas, sparks competition, and supports stronger communities. Inclusion isn’t a box to tick - it’s part of how we choose, review, and grow our supplier partnerships.
"Our inclusive procurement strategy is about creating a commercial environment where every business has the chance to thrive. By actively supporting underrepresented groups - women, people from Black, Asian or ethnic minority backgrounds, disabled people, and the LGBT+ community - we’re making our sourcing more open, fair and inclusive for everyone."

Our strategy
Key goals
In 2021, we launched our inclusive procurement strategy to help level the playing field for all qualified suppliers. We’re especially focused on working with businesses led by women, people from Black, Asian or ethnic minority backgrounds, disabled people, and the LGBT+ community. By making our sourcing more inclusive, we’re creating opportunities that reflect the diverse world we live in - and the communities we’re proud to serve.
Maturity model
To support this strategy, we developed the Inclusive Procurement Maturity Model. Inspired by the US RGMA model and adapted for Europe, it helps us assess progress, set goals, and lead with purpose. Built on two pillars - levelling the playing field and fostering inclusion. By sharing it openly, we’re helping others move towards more inclusive, responsible supply chains.
