The 93^rd Academy Award winners were announced during this morning’s ceremony presented by a raft of stars including Brad Pitt, Harrison Ford, Regina King, Reese Witherspoon and Parasite director Bong Joon-ho. Acclaimed film Promising Young Woman won an award in the following category:

Promising Young Woman which also won two BAFTAs for Outstanding British Film and Original Screenplay, is a bold new vision that has ignited a debate. Carey Mulligan stars as ‘Cassie’; a wickedly smart but singularly focused woman, who in order to overcome events from her past lives a double life by night. Following an unexpected encounter, Cassie is given the chance to right the wrongs of the past. It joins the Sky Original film line-up in a partnership with Focus Features and Universal Pictures International.

The acclaimed film is available to UK audiences now exclusively on Sky Cinema and streaming service NOW.
