David Beckham surprises Bedford Academy students

Last week, our new ambassador David Beckham made a surprise visit to a Sky Sports Living for Sport session at Bedford Academy. It was absolutely priceless to see the students’ reactions as he walked in to their gym!

David, along with the school’s athlete mentors Maggie Alphonsi and Mike Mullen, joined in on a rugby and cricket session with the students. It was also great to see the leadership skills of Wayne Instrell, this year’s Sky Sports Living for Sport student of the year winner, and Nahida Begum, former student of the year regional finalist, in action throughout the day.
