Emotionally charged, franker than ever and always on the go, there’s never a dull moment as fly on the wall documentary Katie returns, with exclusive access into the fast paced and frantic life of one of Britain’s busiest women, Katie Price.
Back on Sky Living this June, the 10 x 60 series chronicles the day to day existence of the multi-functional, multi-tasking media darling as the model, mother and business woman kick starts her biggest year yet.
From the Brighton Half Marathon to the Mum of the Year Awards, customers will pick up with Katie in the midst of some major changes, as she seeks answers to some major questions – single for the first time in years, 2012 marks a fresh start with Katie taking up residence in a brand new home and embarking upon a fitness routine not for the faint hearted.
Keen to put the past behind her, Katie is in reflective mode as she sets out to conquer her fears and answer some unresolved questions…celebrating 17 years in the business, Katie is reunited with some faces from her past as she tries to understand how she went from Katie to Jordan and back to Katie.
It’s also time to put brains before beauty as the ever opinionated Katie proves the Price is definitely bright – first she achieves a landslide win in a Cambridge University Union debate, then becomes a panellist on current affairs show Newsnight and finally lands a weekly column in a national newspaper, turning the tables on her tabloid critics.
Of course drama is never off the agenda for long, and Katie welcomes back her ex-boyfriend, Leandro Penna.
Home life meanwhile is equally as eventful as Katie continues to juggle her endless career commitments with caring for her blind and disabled son Harvey. Eager to understand how Harvey’s condition will affect him going forward, Katie embarks upon a crusade to set up a free school for disabled children like Harvey.
With an inside look into the exciting, action-packed, emotional and often outrageous world of Katie Price, Katie premieres Tuesday 5th June at 9pm, only on Sky Living HD and on the move with Sky Go.
