All in for Inclusion - Paul's story
At Sky, we're working to build an organisation and culture that supports everyone to be themselves and give their best. The work of employees such as Paul drive our motivation to continue building an inclusive work environment.
Paul hasn’t always felt confident in discussing his sexuality at work, but believes that being visible and open in the workplace had helped improve his confidence.
Since taking a voluntary role within the LGBT+@Sky network, Paul says he’s seen so much positive change at Sky. He has helped to build the network through hosting events at our on-site Cinema and has even been able to instigate a LGBT genre on Sky Cinema’s TV Guide for our customers to enjoy.
Paul believes he’s accepted at Sky and always feels included in conversation. That’s why we continue to work hard to be an inclusive employer, so that everyone at Sky can be their best.
