In the latest instalment of Beth Rigby Interviews… the show will be talking to three individuals from across the globe, from music royalty, to influential figures in politics and diplomacy, Beth and her guests will take a deeper look at global and local issues central to the news agenda today.

Legendary dancehall superstar Sean Paul, whose hits include Gimme the Light and Baby Boy with Beyonce, is set to release his eighth studio album, Scorcha later this month. On tonight’s show, he will be discussing how he is using his platform to spotlight environment protection and the climate crisis.

President of Sinn Féin, Mary Lou McDonald is being interviewed by Beth off the back of the recent success at the Northern Ireland Assembly election which saw Sinn Féin become the biggest party at Stormont.

With NATO firmly in the spotlight, due to the continuing conflict in the Ukraine and recent announcements from Finland and Sweden, Julianne Smith, U.S Ambassador to NATO will also be sitting down with Beth.
