Looking after our customers

When the lockdown began, the Government classified Sky engineers as key workers, recognising the importance of their work to keep our customers connected to the world. They quickly developed smart ways to help customers, whilst staying safe and socially distanced. Our customer care teams across Europe have also changed the way they work, transforming their offices and working from home to keep helping our customers, when they need us most.
