Our leadership | Giuseppe De Bellis

Giuseppe De Bellis has been Executive Vice President of Sport, News and Entertainment since August 2025. He leads the department that brings together all Sky Sport, Sky TG24 and content activities under one strategic leadership, including major original entertainment productions, movies, TV series, documentaries and free-to-air channels.

He joined Sky in 2018, first as Deputy co-editor-in-chief of Sky Sport, responsible for Sky Sport 24 and Sky Sport's digital editorial content, and the following year as editor-in-chief  of Sky TG24, Sky Italia’s all-news channel. Throughout his career, Giuseppe has developed important experience and skills in both editorial and managerial roles. His editorial work spans the entire content ecosystem, with a strong focus on new formats and digital media.

As a journalist, he has covered some of the most important events of the last twenty years in Italy and abroad. He led Sky's all-news channel through an era of profound change, focusing not only on Sky TG24's historical authority but also on innovation and new digital languages. 

Before joining Sky, he began his career at Il Giornale, becoming deputy editor-in-chief in 2011 and co-editor-in-chief in 2016. In 2017, he was editor-in-chief of the monthly magazine GQ.  

In 2014, he founded Rivista Undici, a magazine he currently directs.

In 2007, he won the CONI Award for sports literature with the book Doppio passo.
