Our leadership | Matthew McDonald

Matthew McDonald is Chief Technology Officer at Sky Deutschland. In this role, he is responsible for the technical strategy, development and operations for Sky’s products and platforms, including broadcast, IT and digital. Prior to transferring to the Executive Management Team at Sky in Germany, McDonald led the Broadcast Services department at Sky Deutschland’s parent company Sky Limited in London.

McDonald has been working for Sky since 2006 and proven his technological expertise in various leadership roles. Before joining Sky in 2008, he spent 8 years as a Technology Consultant working in the Media and Entertainment sector.
