Integrity

Doing the right thing, everywhere we work

We’re committed to a culture built on integrity, respect and doing the right thing. That means everyone at Sky plays a part in upholding the highest ethical standards and following the law, wherever we work.

The Sky Listens programme helps us do just that. It sets the framework for maintaining our culture of integrity and includes the processes we need to prevent, spot and address any potential issues.

Code of conduct

We’re committed to following the law wherever we work - and to acting with integrity in everything we do. As part of Comcast, we follow our parent company’s Code of Conduct, which sets out the principles that guide us. It’s how we stay true to our values and reach our goals the right way.

Raising a concern

We believe a positive culture starts with trust - and that means listening, speaking up, and doing the right thing. That’s why integrity, fairness, and open communication are at the heart of how we work with each other and our partners.

To support this, we’ve created Sky Listens and Comcast NBCUniversal Listens - programmes that give employees and partners safe, simple ways to raise concerns or ask questions, without fear of retaliation. Whether it’s about the workplace or potential illegal or unethical behaviour, we want people to feel confident coming forward.

The programme is open to all Sky employees, as well as former employees, workers, contractors, volunteers and suppliers.

Raising a concern early means we can investigate and take the right action if needed. Wherever possible, we encourage concerns to be raised directly with Sky first. But if you’d rather speak to an external authority, you can still make a protected (whistleblower) report - just make sure it follows the rules under local laws. In the UK, you’ll find the relevant authorities and regulators listed on gov.uk.
